Below you will find answers to the most important questions about advertising on Caravan24.
1. Why can't I log in with my email address?
First, please check that your email and password are case-sensitive. Is the Caps Lock key activated?
You may have forgotten your password. Have your password sent to you by email by clicking on the link "Forgot your password?" and entering your email address.
2. I had my password sent to me and still did not receive an email.
Something went wrong during registration. You may have registered with a different email address or even mistyped the address.

3. Why am I not receiving any leads by email?
You may not have received any leads yet.

4. I have edited my listing but don't see any changes.
The web pages are saved offline by the browser in the background. After refreshing the page (F5 key), all changes should be visible.
5. My listing was placed yesterday, but is not on one of the first pages.
All listings are shuffled daily. This ensures a good chance of sale even for properties with a longer term.
6. My listing expires tomorrow, where can I extend it?
Your listing can only be extended after it has expired. After the listing expires, you will receive an automated notification by email with a link to the renewal.
7. Why can't my photos be uploaded?
Check whether your photos are in the *.jpg or *.jpeg file format. If there are any complications, please activate your listing and send us the files to support@Caravan24.
8. I have sold my property and do not want to receive any more leads. How can I delete my listing?
Log in to your user account at Caravan24. Your "Delete listing" can be found directly on the user account start page.
9. Where can I view the statistics of my listing?
Log in to your user account. Now you can see the total number of visitors. Click on "Statistics" (on the left in the user navigation) to view the visitor diagram for the last 30 days. Move the mouse over the desired date to see the number of visitors per date.
10. Where can I find my listing on Caravan24?
Click on "Buy" in the menu bar. You will now be taken to the search mask. Select the category of your property (e.g. "Caravan"). Now enter your object in the Search term window. The simpler the title of your listing, the faster you and interested parties will find the property.
